I will meet you at your property and ask you for a guided tour in order to get a feel for the layout, room sizes, fixtures & fittings and plot size (you do not need to go to any great trouble presenting your property at this stage). 

 

I will then present a pre-prepared list of comparable properties along with experience of the local market to determine the value.

I will advise you on the service I provide, including fees and the moving process.
