Service

Estate agency has had a poor reputation for a long time and when you consider that buying and selling property is one of the biggest financial decisions you will make in your life, it is clear that this reputation has to change.

This is why I became an independent.

It means that I can provide you with the high standard of service that I pride myself upon, without compromise.

Fixed fee of £2,000 +vat

I offer the same fixed fee of £2,000 +vat to everyone - it costs me the same so why should you pay more?

Availability

I work from home which means I am available for viewings, valuations or just a chat whenever I am needed, mornings, afternoons or evenings (with the exception of Sundays). If you need to see me I will always home visit.

No sale no fee

You only pay a fee on completion of the sale, if the sale falls through or you change your mind there are NO hidden fees.

Flexible contracts 

My sole agency agreements have a minimum term of just two weeks and will run on until we either complete the sale or you decide to terminate the agreement (by giving two weeks written notice). This builds mutual trust and balance in our relationship.

 

Rightmove advertising

All my properties are listed on the UK's largest property portal.

Quality photography, floor plans & video tours

These are all included in the same fixed fee as standard (some agents charge extra for these services).

For sale boards

Optional and included.

Accompanied viewings

All viewings will be accompanied by me. I allow 20-30 minutes per viewing and advise that the seller vacates the property as it is more comfortable for everyone and produces better results (although not compulsory).

Feedback, expert advice & market analysis

Feedback will always be given within 24 hours (usually straight after the viewing) and expert advice/market analysis is ongoing, properties will be reviewed on the terms agreed at the time of instruction (usually every 2/4 weeks).

 

Negotiations & sales chasing

Will always be conducted by myself and all parties will be treated with respect. You will only ever deal with me which ensures great consistency and continuity.
